Once the qualification period has ended, and your final position for the season is known, you will be able to claim your prize.
In order to claim your prize, you will be asked to convert a percentage of your portfolio value for the season. Your final position and portfolio value at the end of each season can be found on the Play-2-Earn page.
Based on what prize you are eligible to receive, we will ask you to convert between 5%-20% of your Portfolio Net-Worth.
When converting, you need to have the sufficient amount of Meta-Bucks available. You might need to sell off some of your shares in order to cover the conversion cost.
It is completely optional to convert, however, if you do not convert you will not receive any prize for that month.
Any player that manages to rank in the top 2000 will be able to convert Meta-Bucks to claim tokens. You are able to convert up to 20% of the total value of your portfolio for the season.
Distribution of tokens
At the end of the prize claim period, you will receive tokens. The amount of tokens you receive is based on how much you converted compared to the total conversion of all players.
For Example: If you contribute 100,000 Meta-Bucks, and the final total contribution of all players is 1,000,000 Meta-Bucks, then you will have contributed 10% to the total contribution and as such, receive 10% of the token prize pot for that month.
In-Game Items - Position 2001 and above
Any player ranking outside of the top 2000 will be able to claim Metaversy Game Packs. In order to claim your prize, you need to convert a flat 5% of your total portfolio value.
At the end of the Prize Claim period, the season ends and your prizes will be distributed. Your Game Packs will be added directly to your account. Any tokens won, will be credited to your C1 account within 7 days of the season ending.
