In Metaversy Crypto Edition there are a lot more opportunities to play and win exciting rewards! Here’s everything you need to know about the Play-to-Earn mechanics.

There will be two main options for you to compete for rewards:
Weekly Crypto Edition Leaderboard.
Coin Race mini-game.
Let’s have a closer look at each of them.
In the new game mode we’re introducing a completely reworked Crypto Edition Leaderboard powered by a brand new League-based system. From now on you will be able to receive prizes on a bi-weekly basis and compete with other players in a suitable league.
How it works:
There will be several leagues based on a total Crypto Edition portfolio value (Net Worth).
For example, League Level 1 will welcome players with a total Net Worth of 0 - 4999 Meta-Coins. League Level 2 will be open for players with 5000 - 19999 Meta-Coins and so on. There will be 10 League Levels available after the new game mode launch.
The League participation period is 1 week, so you will be rewarded 4 times quicker than in traditional Metaversy Stock Exchange gameplay!
To join the Crypto Edition Leagues Leaderboard, you will need to choose the appropriate League Level and pay an entry fee in Meta-Coins. The entry fee will be calculated as 10% of the minimum net worth range for each League level. You can join the league leaderboard any time before the last day of the league period (not included).
We have also changed the way players are placed in the Leaderboard. So, from now on your position in the Leaderboard will be calculated not based on your total Net Worth, but based on the PnL (Profit and Loss %) for the given period of the league.
It works this way: we will take into account not the total amount of your Net Worth increase during the League period, but rather see how much in % you have added.
For example:
Player 1 starts the league with 1000 MC and manages to earn 2000 MC. His PnL% would be 200% based on the formula 2000 / 1000 = 2 = 200%
Player 2 starts the league with 4000 MC and also manages to earn 2000 MC. This players PnL% would only be 50% based on the formula 2000 / 4000 = 0.5 = 50%
In this scenario both players earned the same amount of MC but player 1 won due to having a higher PnL %.
This means that we will reward the best skilled players! Now skill matters most!
With the new Crypto Edition we are aimed at developing and delivering a lot of new additional gameplay elements that will keep you engaged and help you earn faster than ever before!
So, for the upcoming launch we’ve decided to update and re-launch the popular Coin Race game! From now on it will be a permanent part of the gameplay and will provide prizes on a daily basis - no need to wait for weeks or months any more!

League Packs
Based on your Leaderboard League position you will be rewarded with League packs and a certain amount of CHIPS. These CHIPS will allow you to purchase in-game items in the future in-game store, but as well you will be able to use them to claim your USDC and CBIT prizes.
The way it will work is the following:
Every week we will replenish the Total Token Pool with USDC and Corebit.
During the CHIPS submission period you will decide how many CHIPS you want to send to the Total Token Pool.
When the CHIPS submission period is over, you will receive your USDC and CBIT reward based on the following formula:
Your reward = (Total CHIPS sent by you / Total amount of CHIPS sent by all players)* Total Token Pool
This system is pretty much similar to the current reward system in traditional Metaversy gameplay, where you convert a part of your Meta-Bucks into Corebit prizes.
You will also be able to win prizes based on your Bonus Coupons during Bonus Events and also within the Coin Race game!
